SEREIN currently ships within the United States only.

All orders receive complimentary standard shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery time begins after the order has been transferred to the carrier. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact support.sereincrystals@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
