Refund policy

We accept return requests submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Customers are not required to provide a reason for the return.

To qualify for a return, the bracelet must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned with its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Because natural crystals vary in colour, clarity, pattern and inclusions, these natural characteristics are not considered defects.

To request a return, email support.sereincrystals@gmail.com with your order number. Once the return is approved, SEREIN will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping costs are covered by SEREIN.

Please do not return an item before receiving return authorization.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support.sereincrystals@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
